#WorkoutWednesday 💥💥How about a little ab move??💥💥This is one of my favorites!! It’s from #CoreDeForce and works not just your abs but your shoulders and quads, too!! 👍🏻It’s the Hip Drop!! It targets your obliques but because you’re in an elbow plank position, you’re also engaging your shoulders and legs to keep your hips from dropping (or heading up into Downward Dog –>> both are a no-no!!)!!

i dont have sharp, beautiful collarbones
i dont have prominent, bright cheekbones
i dont have tiny, doll-like wrists
i dont have slender, graceful legs
i dont have toned, visible abs
i dont have nubby, cute hipbones
i dont have large, dewy eyes
but i have the willpower to get them. i just need to shut my mouth and not binge this time.

So I work at a kids camp. I just had a 6 year old come up to me and say “you have fat legs” giggle and skip away. Thanks kid…
imagine:
- thin, naturally contoured face
- thin neck
- jutting collarbones and (slightly) chest bones
- pointed shoulders
- flat or even slightly concave stomach
- prominent ribs without sucking in
- visible hip bones when standing
- teeny waist
- thigh gap when standing, sitting, laying on my side and with your legs propped up
- tiny thighs that you can wrap both of your hands around
- the ability to wrap your hand around your upper arm
- glasses will look better on a thinner face
- those heels will look better on slim legs
- being able to wear size 00 and xs/xxs
- being the only one to shop at charlotte russe etc because you are so small and everyone else is bigger than you
- no one can steal your clothes anymore
- no more fat on your ankles
- small clothes = more space to put them
- eating to live not living to eat
- size 24 pants at buckle
- size small/medium will look baggy
- actually feeling comfortable in a 2 piece come summer 2017
- stores always have s/xs/xxs
- everyone else’s clothes will be too big for you
- body checks = thinspo
- getting piggy back rides instead of giving them
- getting to sit on other people’s laps in the car because you’ll always be the smallest
- lighter on your feet
- looking tiny in everything
- chokers look better on smaller necks
- wearing other people’s jackets because they will always be too big and warm
- actually wearing tank tops and shorts without wanting to Die
- no more bulging stomach that hinders you from comfortably wearing high waist pants/shorts
- all your clothes will fit comfortably
- ACTUALLY FITTING TIGHT CLOTHING WITHOUT IT CUTTING INTO YOUR STOMACH
- no more bACK FAT ROLLS!!!!!!
- every part of your body will be thinner
- no more excess fat holding you down
- the word fat will never literally apply to you
- the next time you run into anyone you haven’t seen in a while they will notice how much smaller you are
- saying your weight or clothing size won’t be embarrassing
- when someone picks you up they will be so amazed at how little you weigh
- smaller stomach = smaller portions = saving money on food
- healthier lifestyle
- looking in the mirror and not seeing a fat whale
- actually feeling good about yourself for once
- not being held back by your weight ever again
- bralettes will fit comfortably and your boobs won’t spill out of them
- wearing a tank top to the gym and feeling comfortable about it
- feeling good about yourself
please remember our goal is to be thin not in the hospital. take care of yourself. if you feel weak, eat something, even if you planned on fasting. your health should always come first. take vitamins. you want to look pretty not dead.
Im short. Im talking 5ft. So when I look at long perfect torso’s or how amazing long legs look in black skinny jeans, I know there is nothing I can do about that. But I remind myself with this;
1. You’ll be tiny. In every sense. Back when I was REALLY skinny people would come up to me and just pick me up. Or beg to give me piggy back rides. To be honest, I don’t like people touching me all that much, but knowing that people wanted to was cool.
2. 5 pounds looks like 10. Yes this sucks for gaining. But I find when I lose weight it really shows. They say it takes a while for people to notice your loss but I find that when I lose even 5 pounds people start to notice.
3 Your legs look longer. When my legs are thin they look much taller.
4 I’ve been told that short girls with good bodies are like blue moons. that their either too chubby or too “boyish”. I know with my frame I’d be the chubby one if I let myself go.
5 (personal) I find that I don’t really loose my boobs. This could just be a me thing, but when my tall friends loose weight they complain that their boobs go first. I haven’t heard as many complaints from short girls…

~ Fasting will make you lose weight FAST;er than any diet
~ Skinny feels better than eating.
~ No more tummy rolls.
~ Waking up next day with a flatter tummy than yesterday.
~ Skinny IS prettier than fat.
~ Feeling light headed is the “ana-high”. Appreciate it. It’s euphoric when you learn to love it.
~ The feeling of an empty stomach feels darn good.
~ Learn to love the emptiness.
~ Think of how the food slowly clogs your intestines as it’s go down your throat and down your belly, how your body will absorb all the fat. You don’t want that. Drink tea and feel how your body is cleansing the toxic fat out of you.
(☝🏻This is one of my strongest motivation to not eat)
~ Look how others eat. Observe them munching on fatty foods making them even fatter. Imagine all the calories they’re eating.
~ You really don’t need all that food. Your body is feeding of your fat instead. Your body is eating from your thighs and your fat arms. Just remember to drink, that’s it.
~ Try to imagine how good it feels to wear super tight clothes and still feel comfortable bc there’s no muffintop or no fat rolling out of your sleeveless top.
~ Bc he when he grabs your tiny waist you will be proud of yourself not eating today.
~ Love to say no to food. Love to see how your friend order a hot chocolate and a huge bagel and you sit there calmly with your tea bc you choose to be skinny. You choose to not eat, to not put toxic food in your body.
~ Empty stomach, empty intestines, clean body, clean mind, small thighs and flat tummy.
~ You will be so confident and everyone will see your hard work. You will walk with pride and feeling all the stares from everyone. You will feel empty and beautiful. You will feel skinny and confident.
~ You see. Skinny, hungry and confidence is the perfect combo.
